To Know You

“You open Your hand and satisfy the desires of every living thing.”

Psalm 145:16

I’ve been inspired by Elizabeth over at Long to Love these past few days to seek more and more of God. 

I have yet just caught a glimpse of God’s greatness and long, more than ever, to know more of Him. 

The song To Know You, by Casting Crowns, puts this feeling into words far more articulately than I ever could, so I’ll hand the reins over to them.  As I meditate on the chorus, I pray for more and more of Him, for it’s impossible for us to ever have too much of God.

I leave it all behind, you are all that satisfies
To know you is to want to know you more
